Tina is the President and Senior Content Developer of Ontrack Total Engagement Solutions, Inc., a company that creates holistic, research-based interventions, helping organizations achieve employee engagement breakthroughs. She is also the HR Director and People and Culture Department Head of Trainstation International, and is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer and Coach, helping people process trauma and experience breakthroughs in work and in life.

Prior to working with Ontrack and Trainstation, she has worked for the number 1 automotive company in the Philippines as a Certified regional content trainer and Corporate Training Group Head. Outside work, she is one of the coaches and founders of Little Kicks Academy, a Football Clinic for preschool kids age 3-5 yrs old.
