Foundational Coaching Skills

The world is changing and people are no longer looking for bosses to tell them what to do, but coaches who will guide them to get where they need to be and want to go.

Level 1 is for leaders or managers who need to coach and guide their people who might be experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, or stress. This allows managers and leaders to have coaching conversations with their people so they overcome their worrisome situations and propel themselves to their potential.

Level 2 is for all leaders and managers who have gone through Basic Coaching Level 1 and want to probe further. This will unearth more tools and a deeper exploration of coaching is provided so that leaders and managers become more effective coaches.
