This program will help provide the participants with the motivation to have a more empowered mindset not just at work but even in their personal lives. They will be equipped with tools on how to deal with stress, other people, and customers, giving them more resources in their transition from just basic customer service to Empowered Customer Service — going beyond what we can’t do and having a more solutions mindset, thinking outside of the box and have a better understanding of customers’ needs and communicate better with them.
