Dinala ako sa isang training ni Carelle. So, without knowing anything, wala akong background sa sales, hindi ako marunong magsalita, isa lang ang damit na bitbit ko (punit-punit pa), nag-attend ako kay Carelle. And it changed my life, actually.

Medyo nahihiya ako kasi ako lang yung naka-t-shirt, lahat naka-bihis. Tapos punit pa yung pantalon ko. Nung nauna ko makita si Carelle, na-amaze talaga ako. May something sa akin siguro probably na medyo nabuksan niya.

So, that's why may notebook ako na sobrang detalye kong magsulat, and paulit-ulit kong binabasa yon. Paulit-ulit, every detail na lahat ng sinabi niya (ni Carelle) nandun. And that was three days. Paglabas ko sa seminar, feeling ko talaga very powerful ako. Alam mo yung ganyan, yung parag hype na hype ka. Alam mo kahit sino, kaya mo kausapin. Alam mo yung confidence mo, sobrang taas.

After that, naging awardee ako. Naging awardee ako sa insurance company.

After, dun ko na-meet yung mga first investors ko sa sarili kong company. We started in 2017 for this investment na dalawa lang kami talagang employee. Ngayon we have 130 plus nationwide.

Last year, nung lumalaki na yung organization, especially sa office, madalas hindi nila ako naiintindihan. Ang dami naming barriers, ang dami naming hindi pagkakaintindihan. Nakita ko yung notebook ko, binigay ko sa assistant ko, niresearch niya. Gusto ko lang i-share sa kanila yung success kung paano ako natulungan, kung paano lahat 'yon. It's because of, well, science.

Ang dami kong nakuhang tips talaga kay Carelle. Sobrang, sobrang, sobrang dami. Masasabi ko na kung ano ako ngayon, kung paano ako magsalita at paano ako mag-deliver, yung feeling ng iba, sobrang galing ko, pero totoo, hindi. Technique. Science. Trainings. At the end of the day, ang lahat ng sikreto may training. I-apply mo, you take action, and then you have success.

Currently, I am the CEO. Pero ako, custodian na talaga ako. It's not me. Pinili ako to be a custodian. To share blessings. Gusto ko -i-share sa iba and to my employees.

May chances to grow. Ang importante lang, tamang training. Tamang tao. And then of course, kailangan ma-execute. At kailangan mo talagang i-apply.
