Design & Development Specialist

Eric is currently in the Design and Development team of TrainStation, Inc. and has been with the company since 2016 when he started as a freelance trainer. He has long been in the Training and Development industry having worked for 12 years with Convergys Philippines as a Senior Trainer for Communication and Culture then moving to Telco Services Australia as a Content Writer creating learning materials and sessions.

He is also an experienced trainer for TrainStation, having trained for many big clients in different industries. Before the training industry, Eric dabbled in music and theater, and in fact studied at the University of the Philippines College of Music majoring in Voice and joined the UP Concert Chorus as member and bass soloist. It is a happy marriage between training and music as Eric treats every training like a show and is a firm believer that whatever happens in training or on stage – the show must indeed go on.
