Mitch is the Product Development Director and is also a Senior Content Developer and Trainer of Ontrack. She has more than twenty (20) years relevant and meaningful experience in Human Resources, majority of which focuses on talent development with telecoms, shared services, and restaurant organizations. She has previously worked as Corporate HR Talent Development Manager in the Jollibee Group of Companies.

Among the many programs and initiatives she has successfully led are: Org-wide Talent Development Curriculum Management for both local and international operations, Learning Management System (LMS) Improvement and Implementation as a learning tool for the organization, Competency Assessment Centers and Development Centers for high performing and high potential talents of the organization, Leadership and Talent Management of Chowking Group.

She was also able to develop, streamline and document training processes for the new training shared services of the organization as OIC. Aside from being a Trainer and Facilitator for Trainstation, Inc. and OnTrack, Mitch is also a certified Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator, Innovative Thinking Systems Facilitator and Trainer of Business Consultants (BCON) Inc. of Japan, Instructional Systems Design Practitioner of Barker and Hoffman, Inc., Seven Habits Signature Program Facilitator, and Systematic Managerial Analysis Facilitator and Coach of Asia Business Consultants, Inc.
